We pull together all aspects of your wedding from location to entertainment and guest activities while on Maui. With over 30 years of combined experience in the islands we know Maui and what it has to offer. We have orchestrated hundreds of parties, weddings and special events over the years. And we have the best food in the Hawaiian islands. Blue Sky Weddings was started in 1997 in response to an avalanche of requests for wedding reception catering and wedding planning. We have been in the restaurant, party planning and catering business in Maui for over 18 years.

Gabrielle Longhi

Gabrielle Longhi is the owner of Blue Sky Weddings. Gabrielle has a background in food, fine art and film production. Her experience planning myriad weddings, extensive knowledge of fine food, wine and etiquette combined with her creative vision and contacts in the islands helps you plan your ideal wedding.

Find you the perfect location. Provide detailed budget planning. Co-create style and decor. Locate and assist with vendors and contracts (caterers, rentals, tents, musicians, photographers, etc.) Help with etiquette, menu cards, place cards, favors, appointments. Make your phone calls, provide counsel and advise. Find you the perfect photographer. Assist with floral design. Assist with menu planning and catering details. Coordinate transportation. Supervise vendors. Direct your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party. Coordinate your wedding ceremony. Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors. Coordinate all aspects of your wedding, logistics and timing.

During the process of your wedding from planning to wedding day we are here for you to talk with. We will arrange all aspects of your wedding and have the details worked out and nailed down well in advance of your wedding day. During the week of your wedding we put everything in place making sure every vendor comes through as promised. On your wedding day we are the first to arrive and the last to leave, leaving you and your family free to enjoy your special day and the beautiful island of Maui, Oahu or California coast.

Carol O'Leary - Catering

Our catering service is the finest on Maui and Oahu. Carol O'Leary is a master chefs who attended the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Carol was the chef at Longhi's Lahaina and Longhi's Wailea. She also supervised the opening of Longhi's new location in Honolulu in 2002 -2003. Carol opened her own catering company on Maui in 1995. She has catered numerous weddings, affairs and events, dazzling the guests with heroutstanding cuisine.
